EASTERN EUROPE

Just came back from the trip through the Eastern Europe. I've been at Hungary, Poland and Czech Republic. Here are several highlights, the rest of the photos you can find here.

MIND THE GAP

The project reveals category of the gap, that always lies between a dream and reality. Selected photos share the hint of sadness, disappointment and nostalgia for the past, where all dreams seemed to be easily fulfilled, but when it comes to reality the check is not passed. The only way to avoid melancholia is to mind the gap before dreaming.

DREAM CATCHER

I like to print my favorite photos on canvas, this one is 100x70 cm, I call it Dream Catcher cause I've hanged it on the wall near my bed.

NIGHTS IN BERLIN

EUROTRIP

Just came back home from a trip through Europe. Here are some photo-results. We've been to Dresden, Berlin, Prague and Vienna. Now I know what squat is and I'm completely in love with Berlin ones - they are so very great!

NATURE EXPERIENCE

it is so so hot in moscow, that i've decided to leave my favorite big city and spend at least one weekend in the countryside. unfortunately i could barely stand such close contact with nature and was ready to run away after several hours we arrived :) i failed in the fight with insects and was bited by everyone!)))

SOUTH FRANCE

i've just returned back to moscow from one month in the south of france

with the exception of crazy advantures i had due to eyjafjallajokull vulcano on both ways, the trip was awesome))

JEAN MARC BUSTAMANTE

i spent this evening in the cultural foundation ekaterina at the opening of jean marc bustamante's personal exhibition. the project has been carried out as part of the program year of russia and france, 2010

the artist himself lookes as if he is taking a nap while others are representing the exhibition))

this fansy lady looks like an art object herself, but she is just a common visitor))

the floor in one of the gallery halls is covered with such objects on the carpets, the installation is called the continents.

i liked this one - three big plexiglass panels decorated with colors. made a foto of the middle part of it)strawberry as a sweat addition to the exhibition) looks so french, don't you think))
